For account issues, billing questions, or anything not covered below, email us and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
[email protected]Quitopotamus helps you quit bad habits by treating every week like a 7-game playoff series. Each day you explicitly log a W (win — you stayed clean) or an L (loss — you gave in). Days you don't log are neutral and don't count for or against you.
Tap the + button on the home screen, enter the name of the habit you want to quit, and tap Save. Your habit will appear on the home screen with a fresh weekly scoreboard.
On the home screen, tap the W or L button on any habit card for today. You can change your log for the current day at any time. Past days cannot be edited.
Weeks run Monday through Sunday. Your weekly series resets automatically each Monday.
You can track one habit for free, forever — no credit card required.
A Quitopotamus subscription unlocks unlimited habits so you can tackle everything you want to quit at once. Subscriptions are available monthly or annually.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — not through Quitopotamus directly.
Canceling stops future charges; you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Try tapping Restore Purchases in the app's Settings screen. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your Apple or Google order number and we'll get it sorted.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, you don't have a password — tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google instead.
You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all habit data, and all log history within 30 days.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] or visiting our account deletion page.
If you chose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, Apple routes messages through a private relay address. Make sure you haven't disabled the relay for Quitopotamus in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → Quitopotamus.
We collect only what's needed to run your account: your email address (or Apple/Google ID), the habit names you create, and your daily W/L logs. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
