Delete Your Account

You can delete your Quitopotamus account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open the Quitopotamus app
  2. Tap Account in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Retention period: All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request. Anonymized, aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you (e.g. total app user counts) may be retained indefinitely.
